If you wish to return your purchase
 You have 7 days to cancel , when you shop at Cephalon B2B webshop. The 7 days are from the day the purchase has been received.

Packaging and product condition when returned
 Returning a product can only be done if the product is returned in the same condition as it was recieved. The right to return lapses if the product has been opened or used.
 A product may not be returned if it was out of stock when ordered or specially ordered goods.

You will, of course, be fully refunded
 If you regret your purchase , you will be refunded the amount you have paid. The amount will be credited once we have received the goods and verified that it meets the rules for return.
 You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Cephalon.

What should I send back?
 You must fill out a RMA on our website:
 You will be sent an email with a CRMA number. Please carefully write this number on the package and enclose a copy of the order confirmation.

Note! We do not accept packages recieved payed on delivery.

If there is something wrong with the product ( Complaint )
 When you shop at Cephalon B2B webshop , you have a 12 month warranty . This means that the product will either be repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation .
 It is required that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other inappropriate use.

How soon should I report a defect?
 We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible after you have discovered the defect in the product. A defect must be reported witin a month.
