To make a purchase at shop.cephalon.eu, please follow these six steps.
1. Login using you login information. If you do not yet have a login, please contact salesorder@cephalon.eu
2. Find the items you would like to purchase, put them in the basket/cart and then go to check out.
3. Fill in the invoice address.
4. Accept our terms and conditions
5. Choose the prefered form of delivery and fill in the adresse for delivery.
6. Make sure that all the information for the order is correct and then confirm order
Ordering
It is only possible to order through our webshop at shop.cephalon.eu. If the item you are looking for is not on the webshop, please contact us directly.
It is not possible to see previous orders on the website. If you wish to recieve a copy of the order confirmation, please send a request to salesorder@cephalon.eu
Payment
Payments can only be made by invoice which will be sent with the delivery of the order.
Only validated and approved customers will be able place orders.
Delivery
Delivery will be made 2-3 business days for items on stock.
