Warranty and returns

If there is something wrong with the product (Complaint)
When you shop at Cephalon B2B webshop, you have a 12 month warranty. This means that the product will either be repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation .
It is required that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other inappropriate use.

How soon should I report a defect?
We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible after you have discovered the defect in the product. A defect must be reported witin a month.
